Hi! I’m María Belén Baldi, founder of NIKA Hockey — mom of two, Physical Education teacher, and a lifelong field hockey player, coach, and trainer.
I was born and raised in Paraná, Entre Ríos (Argentina), where hockey became part of my life more than 20 years ago. I played for several Entre Ríos provincial teams, and today I’m still fully connected to the sport, playing in a field hockey team here in Miami, where I now live with my family.
NIKA was born from my passion for the game and my desire to create a brand made by a player, for players. Every product we design comes from real on-field experience — what we use, what we love, and what we know players truly need.
My goal is simple:
to inspire, support, and empower hockey players of all ages, and to build a community that reflects the love and dedication we all share for this sport.
